Anchored by decades of campaign success in mobility, biotech, environmental sustainability and technology commercialization, the firm focuses on solving short and long-term project challenges and anchoring team engagement, especially in areas of high ambiguity and change.

Team Leadership
Amber Shinn MBA PMP CSM, is an award-winning program manager, campaign crafter, and communicator. A certified PMP and Scrum Master, she is passionate about building and executing successful campaigns that yield results amid high change and ambiguity while building cohesive, positive teams. With broad experience in mobility, sustainability, environmental health, and translational research, she led high-impact initiatives at Michigan's University Research Corridor and the MSU Innovation Center.
Shinn excels in identifying, promoting, and scaling emerging technologies and startups. She has a knack for explaining how innovative research and new ideas impact everyday lives, translating that utility in legislative spaces and coaching leaders on connecting research with policy, and policy with real-world action.
An alum of the Hawaii-based Movers and Shakas service fellowship, Shinn lived and served on O'ahu in 2022 in partnership with the Pacific International Center for High Tech Research. She earned her MBA and BA in Organizational Communication and Business Administration from Michigan State University, and is a Google-certified Project Manager and Sustainability Project budget manager.
